Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, implement individualized therapy programs, instruct patients and caregivers, make referrals to other disciplines, collaborate with the rehabilitation team, adapt treatment plans, promote a safe environment, order supplies, maintain equipment, and provide patient-centered care.
