What you'll do

• Manage civil defense matters from inception through trial
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs
• prepare and argue dispositive motions
• take and defend depositions
• conduct legal research
• work on general liability and construction disputes
• coordinate with clients, experts, and counsel
• and participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
