What you'll do

• Administer System Office purchasing processes and advise on compliance
• conduct and coordinate solicitations
• train System Office and systemwide procurement staff
• guide college managers on contracts and vendor agreements
• maintain systemwide procurement policies and procedures
• participate in statewide procurement activities
• review, process, and approve purchase orders
• compose contracts and negotiate with businesses when needed.
