Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable Clerk role is hybrid, with three days in the office in Bloomington, MN, and pay of $25–$30 per hour. The position supports Sabrosura Foods’ accounts payable operations and vendor payments. Working under the Accounts Payable Lead, the clerk processes invoices and payments, maintains vendor records, monitors payables, and assists with monthly close and annual audits. The work helps keep financial records accurate and vendors paid within established time limits.

What you'll do

• Receive, verify, code, and prepare invoices for processing and approvals
• manage the accounts payable email and respond to inquiries
• monitor invoices, payments, and expenditures for policy compliance
• manage weekly ACH, check, and wire payment runs
• maintain vendors in the ERP system
• review statements, prepare vendor checks, maintain aged payables, reconcile vendor accounts, and assist with monthly close and annual audits.
