Emergency Psychiatric Registered Nurse — Nights

The Emergency Psychiatric Registered Nurse role is onsite in Lewiston, ME, with night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Compensation is not specified. The nurse supports the Emergency Psych Services department at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, whose Crisis Psychiatric Unit serves patients age five and older. The nurse provides direct and indirect care using the nursing process, develops and updates interdisciplinary plans of care, evaluates outcomes, and identifies patient resources. This work supports care for patients with psychiatric illnesses, including patients who may also need medical care or detoxification services.
