What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• respond to questions and concerns
• assist with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions
• explain memberships and amenities, provide tours, support sign-ups, and explain specials and upgrades
• check members in, answer phones, process memberships, cancellations, and payments
• follow assigned opening and closing procedures
• perform cleaning duties, maintain workout areas and locker rooms, return weights, walk the floor, and replenish cleaning supplies.
