What you'll do

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance at the Evanston Support Office
• troubleshoot and make basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, fixture, appliance, and building-system repairs
• conduct facility rounds
• maintain interior, exterior, and common areas
• assist with office moves and facility projects
• perform landscaping and snow removal
• maintain equipment, tools, supplies, and records
• coordinate with contractors
• respond to urgent facility issues
• travel to other company locations approximately 20% of the time.
