Maintenance Supervisor (Service Manager)

The Maintenance Supervisor (Service Manager) role is onsite at apartment communities in Baldwinville, MA, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour depending on experience, budget, and location. The position supports Peabody Properties’ property management team and community operations. The supervisor evaluates and responds to a broad range of maintenance needs to help keep the community operating efficiently. The work includes routine apartment repairs, grounds and janitorial tasks, and administrative coordination related to vendors and contractors; after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency on-call coverage is required.

What you'll do

• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks and keys, basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, janitorial work, grounds maintenance, and snow removal
• manage related administrative tasks and vendor/contractor paperwork
• respond to maintenance issues
• provide emergency on-call coverage after hours, weekends, and holidays.
