Manager, AI Project Management

Job overview

The Manager, AI Project Management role is hybrid, based in Mountain View, CA or New York City, with an expectation of coming to an office two to three days per week. Salary is $190,000–$200,000 per year, with a performance bonus and equity grant also described. The role is part of ASAPP's Delivery organization, supporting customer-facing software and AI deployments. The manager leads enterprise delivery projects from initiation through closure, coordinating technical and business teams to support predictable execution and a strong customer experience. As a player-coach, the role also mentors colleagues and contributes to delivery practices as the organization scales.

What you'll do

• Manage software and AI delivery projects end to end
• maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery documentation
• communicate status, risks, and dependencies to customers and internal stakeholders
• coordinate Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
• support customer escalations
• contribute to PMO best practices and continuous improvement
• adjust plans as priorities, customer needs, or product capabilities change.

Why this role
