Staff Assistants help instructors and participants across fitness, life-skills sessions, workshops, tutoring, and camps. Fitness Instructors lead or assist adaptive fitness and martial arts-based classes, supporting students’ coordination, strength, and confidence in an inclusive setting.

What you'll do

• Assist instructors across programs
• support participants of all ages and abilities
• help with setup, transitions, materials, attendance, and daily operations
• encourage engagement and positive behavior. Lead or assist fitness and movement classes
• support coordination, strength, and confidence
• model safety and teamwork.
