What you'll do

• Troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns
• maintain professional customer interactions
• assist as a secondary greeter in the Service Drive

• perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• address original customer concerns
• complete paperwork and shop forms
• participate in required training
• maintain a clean professional uniform.
