It also helps maintain a welcoming member experience and supports daily studio operations.

What you'll do

• Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach
• greet prospects and walk-in guests, provide studio tours, and present membership options
• follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline
• meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• address member concerns and escalate when needed
• keep the front desk, retail area, and studio clean, organized, and stocked
• support daily cleaning and operational tasks.
