What you'll do

• Design and implement daily lesson plans and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• lead classroom routines and organization
• model instructional practices
• supervise children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor exploration
• observe and document development
• serve as a mandated reporter
• communicate with families
• participate in conferences and community events
• maintain certifications and training
• collaborate with colleagues
• coach and support Assistant Teachers.
