Memory Care Specialist

The Memory Care Specialist role is onsite in Mesa, AZ, providing care in clients' homes. Compensation is $17.50–$19.50 per hour. The specialist provides person-centered assistance that supports clients' comfort, routines, dignity, safety, and connection. Care may include personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, meaningful activities, and gentle redirection, while observing and reporting changes in condition.

• Provide personalized support and reassurance to clients with memory loss

• encourage engagement through conversation, music, or memory activities
• assist with daily routines and personal care
• observe and report changes in mood, behavior, or condition.
