Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager role is onsite in El Segundo, CA. Compensation is $210,000–$235,000 per year. Space Systems Integration provides aerospace solutions to government and commercial customers; this role is embedded with the Government to support next-generation capability delivery. The manager supports acquisition strategy and oversees program planning, execution, risk, financial oversight, and integration across space, ground, and mission segments. The role helps align program delivery with mission objectives and the Warfighting Acquisition System approach.

What you'll do

• Support the Government Program Manager with acquisition strategies, schedules, resource allocation, contracting actions, and budgets
• oversee milestones, risk management, testing, system integration, and contractor management
• coordinate government and contractor teams
• organize technical interchange and staff meetings
• manage configuration and change practices
• evaluate contractor designs and milestone reviews
• manage independent reviews
• advise on funding commitments, obligations, and expenditures
• support rapid capability fielding.
