The Manufacturing / Quality Engineer role is onsite in Franklin, MA. Pay is $80,000–$110,000 per year, based on education and experience. The position supports manufacturing operations for complex pneumatic and electrical assembly projects and reports to the Operations Manager. The engineer develops and maintains production and quality systems to meet internal and customer requirements. By improving setups, testing, documentation, and compliance, the role supports consistent production and the delivery of products that meet rigorous customer quality standards.

What you'll do

• Plan and optimize production setups and control systems
• create work instructions, process flows, and tooling or fixturing designs
• implement customer quality requirements and maintain quality documentation
• develop and validate test fixtures and protocols
• prepare PPAP documentation and coordinate inspections
• manage customer quality inquiries, audits, and issue resolution
• lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• coordinate across engineering, production, and supplier teams
• train staff and support production planning.

Why this role

At least two years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience, strongly preferred; expertise with PFMEA, PCPs, FAIs, and PPAPs; visa sponsorship is not intended.
