What you'll do

• Advise on corporate transactions involving insurance businesses
• support mergers and acquisitions, investments, restructurings, reinsurance transactions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions
• draft and negotiate transaction documents
• analyze regulatory requirements, approvals, and licensing
• conduct regulatory due diligence
• address corporate governance
• coordinate multijurisdictional workstreams.
