What you'll do

• Process and manage wholesale parts orders accurately and efficiently
• advise wholesale customers on parts identification, compatibility, and availability
• maintain customer records, order statuses, and inventory information
• collaborate with inventory, logistics, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies, shortages, and delivery issues
• build and maintain wholesale client relationships
• monitor market trends and competitor offerings
• assist with training and mentoring junior staff or new hires as needed.

Why this role
