The Staff Accountant role is fully onsite in San Luis Obispo, CA, with annual pay of $60,000–$80,000. What you'll do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• investigate variances
• assist with financial statements and supporting schedules
• support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed
• maintain compliance with company policies, GAAP, and internal controls
• prepare audit documentation
• collaborate across teams
• identify process improvements
• and support budgeting and forecasting through financial analysis.
