Participant Services Representative

Job overview

The Participant Services Representative role is onsite in Spokane, WA, with compensation of $17.50–$23.82 per hour. BPAS provides retirement plan administration, employee benefit solutions, and fiduciary and trust services. This representative responds to retirement and benefit plan participants’ questions by phone or email, helping them receive knowledgeable assistance while supporting BPAS’s service and compliance goals. The role also assists internal departments and maintains knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

What you'll do

• Respond professionally and knowledgeably to participant inquiries by phone or email about retirement and benefit plans, including FSA, VEBA, and HSA plans. Learn applicable industry content, laws, and regulations
• become proficient with job-related software
• provide assistance to internal departments
• and maintain compliance with policies, procedures, internal controls, and training requirements. Study for and pass the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals Course, as applicable.
