Resident Assistant — Part-Time Evenings

The Resident Assistant role is onsite in Anoka, MN, on a part-time schedule of 48 hours per pay period, from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., including every other weekend and holiday. Compensation is $19–$23.65 per hour. The role is part of Vivie’s Nursing department. The assistant provides hands-on daily support and companionship so residents can maintain dignity, comfort, and engagement. The work includes personal care, meals, household support, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility
• support meals, restorative care, and life skills while respecting preferences
• encourage social, recreational, and wellness activities
• help maintain clean and comfortable resident spaces through housekeeping and laundry
• prepare and serve meals, beverages, and snacks
• monitor and report changes in health or emotional well-being to nursing staff
• welcome new residents and support their transition.
