What you'll do

• Complete assigned cleaning tasks
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• clean hallways, lobbies, elevators, laundry rooms, and restrooms
• remove trash and maintain compactor chutes
• assist with snow removal and light landscaping
• perform minor repairs and report larger issues
• keep emergency routes clear
• respond to tenant cleanliness and maintenance concerns
• maintain supply inventory
• assist with event setups and report safety hazards.
