What you'll do

• Answer customer calls and emails
• respond to order, inventory, shipping, and delivery inquiries
• enter and verify orders
• coordinate with fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory, and production teams
• track shipments and provide updates
• research and resolve order issues
• coordinate returns and corrections
• maintain customer records and reports
• monitor inventory and shortages
• prepare shipping documentation
• receive products, move materials with pallet jacks, pick orders, stock shelves, process returns, assist assembly, sort products, and count inventory.
