The Medical Assistant – Lone Tree Pediatrics role is onsite in Lone Tree, CO, and pays $21–$27 per hour. The Medical Assistant supports providers in examining and treating patients and helps the pediatric clinic run safely and efficiently. The role includes patient intake, vital signs, electronic medical record updates, examination support, room preparation and cleaning, and clinic communications and administrative coverage.

What you'll do

• Welcome patients and complete intake
• prepare patients for visits
• obtain medical histories and verify information
• document vital signs and update electronic medical records
• assist providers with examinations, treatment, and point-of-care tests within qualifications and regulations
• maintain supplies
• clean and disinfect treatment rooms
• complete pre-visit planning and required checks
• address voicemails and inbox messages
• provide front-office backup
• follow HIPAA guidelines
• and attend required training and meetings.

Why this role

CMA certification is strongly preferred; a graduate of an accredited healthcare program or equivalent work experience, some medical assistant experience, and a current BLS card are required.
