What you'll do

• Handle cases from inception through trial

• attend hearings and mediations
• argue motions
• interview witnesses and experts
• negotiate with opposing counsel
• conduct legal research
• draft motions, memoranda, settlement agreements, and trial-related documents
• work directly with clients and collaborate on litigation strategy and case development.
