Donation Center Attendant

Job overview

The Donation Center Attendant role is onsite in Boca Raton, Florida. Compensation is $16 per hour. Goodwill Manasota is a nonprofit whose mission is to change lives through the power of work, using community donations to support training, resources, and employment programs. As the first point of contact for donors, the attendant provides courteous service, helps unload and sort donations, records donor information, and maintains a clean and safe site. The work supports responsible donation processing and Goodwill’s community programs.

What you'll do

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations
• provide tax receipts
• record donor information and daily donation counts
• sort donations into saleable, salvage, or trash categories
• keep the site clean, organized, and safe
• safeguard donated items
• support transportation or site operations as needed
• report safety and maintenance concerns.
