What you'll do

• Prepare appealing and tasty meals
• prepare limited special diets according to policy
• prepare meals in time for service
• identify menu errors and notify the Culinary Director or Culinary Coordinator
• obtain review before making menu changes and post notices as required
• keep the kitchen clean, sanitary, and orderly.
