What you'll do

• Prepare resin batches using formulations and mix sheets
• fill blending equipment with specified ingredients
• start up, shut down, and maintain compounder lines and water systems
• weigh, package, and label product
• perform production maintenance
• clean screens
• troubleshoot equipment
• sample compound and mold ASTM slabs
• inspect product and document production.
