What you'll do

• Build relationships with students and families and reconnect with students who have struggled to connect
• lead biblical teaching and discipleship at weekly gatherings and Sunday School
• plan gatherings, service opportunities, retreats, and traditions
• recruit, equip, and encourage volunteers with the Youth Committee
• communicate with parents
• welcome rising sixth graders, lead Confirmation, and celebrate graduating seniors
• connect students with worship, service, and intergenerational relationships
• steward the approximately $24,000 annual youth ministry budget
• follow church policies and student protection practices and communicate progress.
