What you'll do

• Oversee staffing and daily performance of route supervisors and drivers
• hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees
• dispatch assignments as needed
• monitor route completion, productivity, quality, and safety
• maintain route sheets and records
• conduct driver observations and vehicle inspections
• manage attendance and compliance
• investigate accidents and claims
• participate in P&L reviews and manage the line-of-business budget.
