What you'll do

• Greet visitors seeking information about the property.
• Answer telephones, record, and channel information.
• Arrange tours of the property for individuals.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Process incoming mail and distribute to mailboxes.
• Maintain reception area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Ensure the reception desk and lobby display current property literature.
• Perform clerical duties for property staff as directed.
• Administer required medical screening.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
