What you'll do

• Modernize and maintain US employee policies and handbooks
• translate employment laws into manager and employee guidance
• support policy harmonization during the Schneider Electric integration
• partner on complex employee relations cases and investigations
• escalate specialized matters to counsel
• advise on complex leaves, accommodations, and immigration compliance
• coach managers
• identify workplace trends
• use HR systems, automation, and AI tools to improve advisory work
• collaborate with global colleagues.
