CNC Sheet Metal Fabricator — 3rd Shift

The CNC Sheet Metal Fabricator role is full-time and onsite in Shakopee, MN, with a 3rd shift schedule of 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Starting pay is $35.59 per hour plus a $3.50 shift differential. The role supports The Toro Company’s sheet metal fabrication operations. The fabricator programs and operates CNC equipment to produce sheet metal parts, monitors cell workload and prototype schedules, and checks parts against print and process specifications. The work helps deliver accurate parts on schedule while supporting safe, consistent manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Program nests using CAD or CAM software and produce sheet metal parts on laser cutting machines
• set up and operate CNC press brakes
• monitor sheet metal cell workload and ensure prototype parts are produced on schedule
• operate material handling equipment
• inspect parts during production to confirm print and process specifications
• provide training within the sheet metal cell.
