Direct Sales Manager - Home Security

The Direct Sales Manager is an onsite role based in Waukesha, WI. Compensation is not specified for this full-time position, which supports the sales of ADT home security and automation products. This role exists to lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives. The manager sets the tone for team success by leading from the front, overseeing daily operations, and managing the recruitment, training, and motivation of the sales team.

What you'll do

• Interview and hire Outside Sales Representatives.
• Assign and manage leads.
• Track and audit sales.
• Conduct training, 1:1 coaching/development, and facilitate team huddles.
• Support the team by controlling attrition.
• Maintain and/or exceed minimum personal sales requirements.
• Motivate the team through phone and group chat communication.
• Perform ride-alongs for new hires and struggling sales reps.
• Perform other duties as requested by Regional Sales Management.
