Lead Project Controls Analyst – Cost Controls

The stated base salary range is $140,000–$150,000 per year. The role supports Project Controls and PowerHouse Data Centers, a division of American Real Estate Partners. As the senior analytical authority, the Lead Analyst standardizes project and portfolio financial controls, oversees complex capital-project analysis, and provides strategic reporting for leadership. The role helps manage portfolio risks, inform corporate decisions, and mentor project-controls staff.

What you'll do

• Direct and govern budgets, multi-year forecasts, and draw schedules
• standardize ETC and EAC analysis and scenario-based S-Curve modeling
• review and present executive variance analysis
• own project-controls systems optimization and data governance
• review and approve complex change orders and high-value invoices
• govern change control and project contract ledgers
• prepare audit and tax-structure documentation
• provide technical direction on integrated master schedules and SPI data
• maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and WBS standards
• mentor analysts and specialists.
