What you'll do

• Define lifecycle initiatives for subscription conversion, retention, and lifetime value
• develop behavioral, demographic, and product-use segmentation and personalization
• build and launch automated and manual email, push, and SMS campaigns
• design and analyze A/B tests and experiments
• coordinate lifecycle messaging with product releases and acquisition marketing
• own conversion, engagement, and campaign ROI metrics
• manage lifecycle marketing tools and implement AI-driven personalization and targeting improvements.
