What you'll do

• Check in medical, dental, and behavioral health patients
• gather and enter accurate registration and insurance information
• complete registration and checkout documentation
• answer center phone calls
• schedule appointments
• refer patients to specialty practices as needed
• coordinate with the Center Manager to correct denied claims
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• support team assignments and provider efficiency.

Why this role

Spanish and English fluency is required. Schedule includes Monday–Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Thursday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., and rotating Saturday 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
