Area Business Manager — Detroit

The Area Business Manager role is field-based in the Detroit area. The base salary range is $160,000–$185,000 per year, with incentive compensation and equity participation also described. The role supports Pharvaris’s expanding U.S. Commercial team and its work advancing oral therapies for hereditary angioedema and other indications. The manager develops territory strategy, builds relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders, and advances disease and brand awareness. Through compliant clinical selling and collaboration across commercial, medical, market access, marketing, and patient services teams, the role supports patient access and business growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a territory business plan
• engage healthcare providers through clinical selling and customer education
• build relationships with customers, thought leaders, and internal partners
• adapt territory strategy to market dynamics and customer insights
• lead field education and engagement activities
• collaborate across Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Services, and Commercial leadership
• use territory analytics and call planning
• meet performance objectives while maintaining compliance and professionalism.
