What you'll do

• Meet customers to assess plumbing, sewer, and water-line repair needs
• conduct onsite evaluations
• prepare and present estimates and proposals
• perform sewer video inspections and locate underground utilities as needed
• explain project scope, pricing, timelines, and financing options when applicable
• follow up with customers
• coordinate scheduling and project preparation with office staff, foremen, and crews
• monitor project progress
• document customer interactions and sales activity
• address customer concerns
• support sales goals and referral relationships.
