What you'll do

• Monitor production systems, applications, integrations, and infrastructure
• execute scheduled processes and respond to alerts, job failures, file-transfer exceptions, and incidents
• troubleshoot managed file transfer processes
• support monitoring, scheduled processing, backups, and issue resolution
• coordinate with developers, IT teams, vendors, and business partners
• maintain documentation, runbooks, procedures, and system inventories
• use scripting and automation to improve efficiency
• participate in disaster recovery, testing, and modernization initiatives.
