Excavation Estimator — Earthwork and Sitework

What you'll do

• Review civil drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs for excavation, grading, and material volumes
• prepare cost estimates, bids, and proposals
• identify scope gaps, risks, and bid clarifications
• attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings as needed
• conduct site visits
• coordinate project handoffs to operations and project management
• collaborate with field teams and leadership
• support relationships with general contractors and project stakeholders.
