What you'll do

• Serve as the primary interface to the program and IT Asset Management team
• track receipt, issue, and recovery of government-furnished equipment
• manage asset databases and reporting
• maintain accurate asset records and inventory
• track software license and maintenance agreement expirations
• coordinate software updates and repository management
• oversee packaging, receiving, shipping, and disposal
• develop workflows, training materials, and standard operating procedures
• coach team members
• and recommend process improvements.
