What you'll do

• Book secured Quoted Repair orders in SAP
• Initiate invoice down payments
• Requisition parts
• Coordinate with Operations and customers to schedule planned repairs
• Maintain Technician on-call scheduler
• Audit completeness and accuracy of orders
• Assist with permitting and invoice disputes.
