What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day clinic operations and results
• consult with clients about services, treatments, and skin care
• close sales, prepare financing contracts, expand sales, and support client retention through additional products and services. Manage front-desk check-in and checkout, maintain a welcoming and professional clinic, and motivate and develop clinicians. The posting requires at least two years of sales experience in cosmetic, plastic surgery, or spa industries and two years managing a successful sales team
• weekend availability is required.
