The specialist manages core payroll, accounts payable, benefits administration, and compliance tasks, helping bakery managers and finance leadership maintain accurate transactions and records. The role also tracks cash positions and vendor documentation while supporting payroll and HR-related processes across multiple states.

What you'll do

• Process bi-weekly payroll for one management entity
• train bakery managers on ADP Run and support payroll questions
• process garnishments
• support benefits enrollment and termination, open enrollment, and annual reporting
• manage unemployment claims
• manage accounts payable, including royalty remittance
• track daily cash positions and prepare two- and three-day cash projections
• manage vendor administration, W-9 collection, 1099 preparation, and certificate of insurance tracking
• coordinate with ADP on multi-state tax filing issues
• provide HR-lite recordkeeping and guidance under the VP of Finance's direction.
