What you'll do

• Support the Director of Nursing with leadership and oversight of the nursing team
• assist in developing and executing departmental plans
• monitor patient care delivery and clinical outcomes and implement corrective actions as needed
• ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• foster teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement
• partner with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• conduct audits and assessments and implement strategies to improve patient care and safety.
