Inventory/Parts Associate

Job overview

The Inventory/Parts Associate works onsite in Lost Hills, CA, for $20–$22 per hour. The role supports the TPI–Holloway Materials Recovery Facility, helping Maintenance and Operations obtain parts needed to operate safely and reliably. By receiving, organizing, issuing, and tracking inventory, the associate helps keep critical spares available and reduce equipment downtime. The position also supports purchasing, order tracking, vendor returns, and safe, orderly storage.

What you'll do

• Receive and inspect parts and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips
• label, organize, and protect stored items
• issue and document parts, tools, and materials
• help Maintenance locate replacement parts
• record usage on Maintain X work orders when applicable
• maintain accurate quantities and locations
• monitor stock and flag reorder needs
• conduct cycle counts
• report obsolete, damaged, or excess inventory
• assist with requisitions, orders, quotes, deliveries, and vendor returns
• maintain clean and safe storage areas
• operate forklifts and pallet jacks only when trained and authorized
• wear required PPE and report hazards.
