What you'll do

• Manage small- to medium-scale electric substation, transmission, distribution, and communications projects
• provide technical direction
• manage client and stakeholder relationships
• administer contracts, change orders, and subcontractors
• implement change control and risk management
• ensure environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance
• prepare estimates, proposals, and reports
• lead project meetings
• provide performance feedback
• manage project financial reporting and profitability
• and oversee invoices and cash flow. Occasional travel may be required for project oversight or site visits, and extended hours may be needed when deadlines require.
