• Follow Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations
• collect and deposit rent and notify residents of delinquencies
• respond to resident inquiries and work orders

• manage property budgets
• conduct lease certifications and annual recertifications
• prepare for inspections
• market vacant units
• supervise property staff and vendors
• organize community activities
• conduct unit inspections and property walks
• travel to required training or conferences
• remain available for after-hours emergencies.
