What you'll do

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
• take dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations
• organize instruments and equipment
• update patient histories and clinical records
• educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and post-operative care
• follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and infection-control protocols
• monitor supplies and support patient service.
